Services described on this site
Pages describing audits, reviews, and rates are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scoping note or statement of work. We do not provide statutory audit opinions or regulated assurance unless a separate engagement expressly states otherwise.
Intellectual property
Site content, worksheets we create under engagement, and our methodologies remain owned by EnergiCore Digital unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. You receive a licence to use delivered worksheets for your internal business purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at abusive volumes, or submit unlawful or harmful material through forms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, EnergiCore Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from reliance on informational pages. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
