How EnergiCore Digital collects, uses, retains, and protects personal data when you use this site or request a briefing.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Contact form fields: name, email, engagement of interest, optional months in scope, and message content
- Technical logs needed to operate the site (for example IP address, browser type, and timestamps)
- Cookie-related preferences stored locally in your browser (see our Cookies page)
- Engagement materials you voluntarily provide in a data room (billing exports, analytics extracts) under a separate statement of work
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to briefing requests, deliver contracted work, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement workpapers follow the retention period stated in the statement of work, typically five years for management-facing reviews. Server logs are rotated on a shorter operational cycle.
Rights
Depending on applicable law in Malaysia and your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. Email hello@energicore.digital with enough detail for us to verify and respond.
International transfers
If tools or collaborators outside Malaysia process data (for example email infrastructure), we take reasonable contractual and organisational steps to protect the information. Engagement data rooms are scoped with you before transfer.
Security
We apply access controls, least-privilege sharing for data rooms, and revocation at engagement close. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers through the public contact form.
Children
This site is directed at business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We may update this notice by posting changes here. Significant changes to engagement data handling will also be reflected in statements of work where relevant.
